That passion ultimately led me to a career centered around helping businesses operate more effectively and achieve their goals.

With more than a decade of experience spanning operations, administration, customer experience, project coordination, supply chain support, training, and cross-functional leadership, I have developed a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to keep a business running successfully. My professional background includes supporting executives, managing complex projects, improving workflows, coordinating vendors and clients, developing processes, coordinating marketing efforts, and helping teams work more effectively together. Throughout my career, I have consistently worked behind the scenes to help businesses solve operational challenges while supporting long-term growth. 

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Master of Business Administration. Together, these disciplines have strengthened my understanding of people, business operations, organizational effectiveness, and strategic decision-making.

My strongest qualities are versatility and empathy. Over the years, I have developed a diverse skill set that allows me to adapt to a variety of challenges, industries, and business needs.
